It is within easy reach of Mevagissey, Fowey, Eden (4 miles) and the gardens of Heligan (just over 1 mile). Directly opposite the Bed and Breakfast is the route 3 cycle track alongside the white river which leads through the woods to the sea at Pentewan. It is a superb area for walkers, cyclists, garden lovers or sea faring folk.

Clare and Steve Timmins welcome you to their home and will do everything to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Please feel free to ask for advice on any activity or visit in Cornwall.

Breakfast is served in the delightful conservatory and includes a buffet style range of fruits, yoghurts and cereals and a choice of a freshly cooked full English breakfast using the best quality local produce or a continental selection.

The kingsize and double bedrooms are cosy and well furnished with new modern ensuite bathrooms and exceptionally comfortable beds. (The twin bed has a separate private bathroom.) Tea and coffee making facilities are available as well as colour TV. Daily replenishment of stocks and cleaning/ changing towels as required. You are able to use your room at all times of the day.
