    Motts Annex is located in the garden of Motts Cottage, situated in the High Street of Stebbing village.

    The room is large with ensuite shower room. There is a double and single bed in the room so it can be used for double/twin/single occupancy. A folding bed and cot are available.

    There is a patio area so that you can sit in the garden if you wish to. The room has a full sized fridge with tea/coffee making facilities.

    Motts Annex is ideal for guests visiting for pleasure or on business.
    Stansted Airport is just 9 miles away.
    The nearest town is Great Dunmow 3 miles away.

    Directions
    From the M11 take Junction 8a (Stansted Airport) onto the A120 towards Colchester. Exit onto the B1256 (Signposted Dunmow West). Go straight ahead at next two roundabouts, at next roundabout take the first exit (signposted Braintree/Colchester). Travel for approx 2 miles uphill then take the next left turn to Stebbing. After approx 1.5 miles you will approach a war memorial, turn left into village High Street and we are the third house on the right (next to a red telephone box).
