We are a family run guesthouse in the village of Shepshed, Janet and John are your hosts, you can be assured your stay is of utmost importance to us, we always find time for a chat and a smile is always available.
Janet is a Reiki Master and also qualified in Hopi Ear Candle Therapy and Indian Head Massage, John is a Qualified First Aider.
A good English or continental breakfast is available and any dietery needs catered for if informed at time of booking.
We are surrounded by beautiful countryside, plenty of pubs, restaurants, and takeaways within walking distance.
Local visitor attractions close by, stay a few days and take a trip down memory lane, visit the Great Central Steam Railway.
Take off to see a space ship at the Space Centre.
Take a moment to reflect at Mount St Bernards Abbey.
Bradgate Park, enjoy a walk and see the red deer and Lady Jane Grey's House in the middle of the park.
Ring the changes at the well known Taylors Bell Foundry.

M1 Motorway Junction 23 from North 3rd exit right,onto A512
M1 Motorway Junction 23 from South 1st exit left onto A512,towards Ashby,first traffic lights turn right, go to bottom of Leicester Road arrive at Texaco Garage, go straightover mini round-about on to Forest street (loads of sleeping policeman,) follow this road, past Black Swan Pub, continue to bottom of hill facing Blue Ball Pub, turn left facing Red Lion Pub, over zebra crossing,turn left and immediately right into Hallcroft continue until you reach us on the right hand side. Train to Loughborough Railway Station Take a number 4 bus to the Bull-Ring in Shepshed when you alight head right towards Field Street between betting shop and charity shop turn down the alleyway, past library through parking area into Hallcroft we are situated on same side as Livios Italian Restaurant |
