"The Homestead" is an eighteenth century renovated cottage in a quiet through lane in the village of Byfield, surrounded by the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside. We are ideally situated for trips to the Cotswold's, Warwick, Stratford on Avon, Leamington spa and Oxford. Boddington fishing reservoir , Silverstone circuit, Cropredy festival, Fawsley hall, Crockwell farm and Aston le walls equestrian centre are also close by.

Our double room and single room share our reproduction Victorian bathroom with roll top bath, whilst our double/family room has ensuite facilities and has a feature, original "A" frame beam and fire place.

All rooms have television and D.V.D and tea/coffee making facilities.

Breakfast is served in our "tropical" conservatory and consists of fresh fruit juices, cereals, yogurt and fresh fruit, followed by traditional cooked breakfast using ingredients from our village butcher, finally toast made with our own home made bread and local jams and honey.
