You are assured of a friendly and warm welcome at Brook House in the beautiful countryside of Burghclere, which is three miles from the Tothill Services on the A34 near Newbury.
We live on a working farm and enjoy beautiful views towards the famous Watership Down.
There are lots of attractions nearby including, Highclere Castle, Sandham Memorial Chapel, Newbury Racecourse, plus lots of wonderful walks to enjoy in the locality.
We are ideally situated for Newbury (5 miles), Greenham (3 miles), Winchester (20 miles) and Oxford (30 miles).
The nearest Restuarant/Pub is approximately one mile away and there are plenty of other eating-houses within five miles.

From the A34:
Take the exit to Tothill Services, which is also sign posted to Highclere Castle and Sandham Memorial Chapel. Follow the signs into the village of Burghclere and Sandham Memorial Chapel, which you will pass on your left hand side. After the first road calming bollards, take the next road on the right, sign posted Spring Lane. At the bottom of this road and at the T junction, turn right. We are the next entrance on the left, which is sign posted Dodds Farm. The bed and breakfast is offered at the first house on the lane i.e. Brook House. |
