All have en-suit bathrooms with Freeveiw T.V and DVD player, hair dryer, tea, coffee and hot chocolate facilities; iron and board also available.

The two double rooms have views over the Leicestershire countryside, while the twin, looks out over the stable-yard.

A lovely full English breakfast is served.

There is plenty of car parking available, set in half an acre of garden.
