Offering a breath of fresh air and a complete change of pace, we are situated on a quiet lane in the sleepy farming hamlet of Peters Marland, in the heart of beautiful North Devon.

Marland Lodge offers spacious accommodation, our guest room has a comfortable king sized bed, sitting area with TV with DVD player (free DVD library for guests), views over our lovely garden and an en-suite bathroom.

The Tarka Trail can be accessed nearby and offers up to 21 miles of level traffic-free disused railway track, excellent for walking and cycling, following the river Torridge. Bike hire is available at Torrington.

The ancient port town of Bideford is just 10 miles away on the coast, with the famous beaches of Westward Ho! and the fishing village of Clovelly nearby.

Atlantic Village, with a good selection of outlet shops and childrens entertainment, also 'The Milky Way' is a must for children.

The market town of Barnstaple is approx 15 miles away, with easy access to the miles of surfing beaches of Croyde and Woolacoobe.
