    Longmead House, our Lynton Bed and Breakfast, provides comfortable accommodation on Exmoor in North Devon.

    Longmead Guest House is a beautiful old house with a picturesque garden and ample free car parking.

    It is quietly situated towards the spectacular Valley of Rocks and dramatic South West Coast Path, yet the village centre is only a couple of minutes walk with its cliff railway, restaurants and pubs.

    We have eight comfortable and attractively decorated en suite bedrooms.

    Each has its own charming character and equipped to the highest standards.

    The public rooms are also well-appointed with comfortable sofas in the lounge and bar area.

    Complimentary tea or coffee on arrival and also hot beverage facilities in all rooms.

    Free WI-FI throughout the house, modern FREEVIEW LCD TV in all rooms.
