Ash Farm is an 18th Century House set in National Trust Countryside yet only 15 minutes from Manchester Airport, five minutes from junction 7 off the M56 and 10 minutes from M6 junction 19.
All our bedrooms have beautiful country views.
Bedrooms have hand made beds with Egyptian cotton bedding with matching bedroom furniture.
In each room there are tea and coffee making facilities, TV with Freeview and trouser press.
Bathrooms have power showers with complimentary toiletries and
bathrobes are supplied.
All rooms have free WI-FI.
There is a garden terrace for guests to use on fine days and open log fires on cold days.
We serve full English Breakfast from 0700 to 0900 using local produce and there are home made cereals with fruit and yoghurt.
There are two Country Pubs within 5 minutes walk, both serving excellent dinners.
The local attraction is Dunham Hall and Park this is a 5 minutes walk from Ash Farm, also Tatton Hall and Park is only a ten minute drive.
Ash Farm is fully Licensed and you can enjoy a bottle of wine in our residents lounge or in your room.
We serve traditional Sunday Lunch in our restaurant from 12.00 to 15.30

From M56 exit at junction 7 at the roundabout head for 56 to Lymm. At the first pub on the right turn right into Park lane, we are at the end of the lane on the left. From M6 from the North exit at junction 20 head towards Knutsford and Macclesfield on A50. At first pub on the left, turn 2nd left to Carrington. Go to traffic lights turn right. Pass two pubs on the left, at the 3rd Pub Pub turn left into park Lane, we are at the bottom of the lane on the left |
