A Room in the Country is a family run B&B only 12 miles from Edinburgh city centre.

Ingliston show ground and Edinburgh airport are only seven miles away.

We are close to the motorway and railway network.

Set in the beautiful Scottish countryside guests can walk or cycle in the Pentland Hills or play golf at one of the many famous golf courses the area has to offer.

If a trip into historic Edinburgh is more your thing then leave your car at the local Park & Ride where the bus will take you into the city centre in 20 minutes.

We have a double room and family suite on offer both with en suite facilities, TV/DVD, tea/coffee making facilities, WI FI and private off road parking.
