This small B & B, with just two guest rooms offers a high standard of accommodation with flat screen digital TV's, wine fridges, free Wifi, beautiful white bedding and lots quirky touches.
Art work is exhibited throughout the house from local artists and students studying at Falmouth College of Art.
Breakfast is a relaxed meal where you can read the paper and plan your day ahead.

Follow road signs for Falmouth on A39, town centre, Maritime museum & beaches.
On approaching Falmouth you will see a roundabout (with 2 large canons on it) turn down left (A39). At next roundabout at bottom of the hill (you will be facing the river) turn right. Stay on this road for approx one mile going up and over the hill past the Fourwinds pub. Shell garage on your right, carry straight on through the traffic lights (A39). At mini roundabout go straight across following sign for 'beaches'. You are now on Western Terrace A39. Signal right once you pass the lights at the pedestrian crossing 50yrds, Sixteen is just a further 20yrds on the right hand side. Sixteen has a grey Bed & Breakfast sign, you can drive straight in. |
