The flat is large and has an ensuite bathroom. It also has a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. The flat has TV with freeview, its own entrance & free use of WIFI.

The flat has a kitchen/ diner/sitting room, seperate bathroom, and seperate double bedroom. We change bedding and towels every weekend and a cleaner visits once a week.

I am looking for a quiet friendly person, who enjoys their own space and is generally tidy. Looking for a Monday to Friday let or someone who just wants somewhere nice for a few evenings a week.

No smoking or pets in the flat.
