Penmarth House is a comfortable bed & breakfast with en-suite bedrooms and plenty of parking.
The house and gardens overlook Coverack bay and harbour.
Although centrally heated the wood burning stove in the dining room cheers the spirits on the cooler early or late season mornings and evenings.
Coverack is a small picturesque fishing village located on the East coast of the Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall, England.
The Lizard is the most southerly part of mainland UK.
From the house it is barely a five minute walk to the beach, South West Coast Path or bus stop.
It takes about ten minutes to walk to the harbour, fish restaurant and public house.
Some say Penmarth House has the best view in and of Coverack.
Upon arriving at the house most guests spend many minutes just looking at our our spectacular view.
From its slightly elevated position Penmarth House overlooks the harbour, across the bay to Lowlands Point and the infamous Manacles Rocks.
The bedrooms are of good size, comfortable and all have en-suite facilities.
Freshly baked bread, eggs from our free range hens and home made marmalades are just some of the features of our varied, delicious breakfasts.
Evening meals are available by prior arrangement.
Coverack offers many of the usual amenities of a small Cornish fishing village including harbour, beach, shops, pub and restaurants.
These amenities support many associated activities such as swimming, sailing, fishing, windsurfing and walking.
Located midway between Lizard Point and the Helford River, Coverack is an ideal stopover for walkers of the South West Coast Path.
The village also makes an ideal base for walking the Lizard Peninsula.
We offer a special deal for small walking groups - please contact us for details.
