Centrally located, Auplands Bed and Breakfast, Lymington is a long established, period style Guest House on the coast and close to the beautiful New Forest.

We have off road parking at the front and rear of the premises.

Our B&B in Lymington is one of the most conveniently positioned in the town being just a couple of minutes level walking distance from the High Street with its many local inns, restaurants, interesting shops and of course the street market on a Saturday.

You may wish to leave your car here and enjoy the area on foot.

From the bottom of Lymington High Street, a cobbled hill takes you to the beautiful Lymington quay, river front and yacht marinas and beyond there, the Solent way meanders around the sea wall through the salt marshes and nature reserves, all of which are within comfortable walking distance.

We offer warm and friendly hospitality and have many of our guests returning on a regular basis.

Our aim is to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible and to that end we pay much attention to detail.

You will have the option of a hearty full English breakfast or Continental alternative served in the guest dining room.

Our Lymington Bed and Breakfast accommodation has been rated to AA 4 star standard and we have been assessed to ensure that we conform to the standard set by the New Forest Tourism Association.

All of our guest rooms are en-suite, tastefully decorated with freeview colour televisions and tea coffee making facilities with free Wi Fi access if required.

As well as being so convenient for walking to the town centre and waterfront our Bed and Breakfast in Lymington is situated just a short drive from the beautiful New Forest National Park .

The beach at Milford on Sea is is also just a few minutes drive away and the seaside resorts of Highcliffe, Christchurch and Bournemouth take approximately 20 minutes to reach by car.

We are less than one mile from the Lymington to Yarmouth Ferry Terminal.
