We open our home as a B&B, so please take it as read we are welcoming, warm people, committed to providing an excellent service.
Perhaps just as important to you are the features of our B&B, which are shown below, we'll leave you to imagine the benefits of staying with us, as only you know your requirements. So, here we go;
Perfectly situated for: Norwich City Centre, N & N Hospital, Lotus, Norfolk Fire and Police Headquarters, Norwich City FC training ground, the University of East Anglia and Weddings, etc. at Park Farm Hotel and Dunston Hall.
We offer; large bedrooms all benefiting from en-suite bathrooms.
Family, ground floor accommodation comprising a double bedroom plus connecting lounge (with sofa bed) and en-suite bathroom.
TV's and tea and coffee making facilities in all rooms.
Breakfasts, typically feature organic, locally sourced or home-made produce.
WiFi and off road parking are offered.
FOC and discounts are available for block bookings, such as; weddings, conferences, frequent and/or long-term stays, etc.

Seasons Open: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter.
Rates are from £24.95 per person per night. The typical cost of a double room is £69.95 per night in peak season and £49.95 during off-peak season. Generous discounts are available for long-term/repeat/block bookings. All day, every day, however we request you advise us of any requirements you have regarding arrival and departure outside of 7.30am to 8.00pm, we will then make arrangements to ensure your requirements are fully met. |

She (or he) is wrong, it is on your left, (do you, like us, get a perverse sense of satisfaction when you can tell someone who thinks they know it all they are factually wrong, sad part is we are actually talking to a machine!!) |
