Birsay Outdoor Centre, Orkney
As of 2009 the outdoor centre offers pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes. There are 20 pitches available alongside toilet and shower facilities. The hostel itself is located in the Northwest of the Orkney Mainland

The campsite is situated on the shoreline overlooking Stromness, one mile west of the pier head and ferry. The site provides dramatic views over towards the hills of Hoy. Located in a quiet location with a shoreline walk from the site.

Rackwick Outdoor Centre, Orkney
Rackwick Hostel is located in the scenic Rackwick Valley in the north of Hoy. Camping is within the stone walls of the hostel. Price of camping includes use of facilities in the hostel.
