During Autumn/Winter 2007 this 4/5 star barn conversion has been refurbished to offer a high standard of modern accommodation.

The Hayloft is a semi-detached property located at the end of a private drive. There is parking for up to two vehicles.

On entering the property, you will find yourself in a large open plan lounge this includes a large corner suite which seats 8 people, a plasma TV with Freeview and a DVD player. French doors lead out to a patio area, with garden furniture and a BBQ leading to a lawned area.

There are three steps up to a large kitchen / dining area with seating around a modern dining table for 6 people, the kitchen is equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave.
Also included on the ground floor is a double bedroom with TV and DVD player and an en-suite shower room with WC.

On the first floor there is a further double room and a twin room both with TV's and DVD Players, a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC and a large gallary landing area which offers guests a quiet area to read and relax but also offers a pull out double futon for those wishing to sleep up to 8 people.

The hire charge includes bed linen and tea towels and all heating, lighting and utilities.
