The house and modern apartments face south across the Undercliff offering magnificent views of the English Channel.
St. Lawrence, with local store/post office, is a lovely coastal village in one of the most beautiful parts of the Island. Only two miles from the centre of both Ventnor and Niton, it offers miles of woodland and downland footpaths to explore. There are fine local beaches of various types, from the cove of Woody Bay (10 minutes walk), to the sandy foreshore of Ventnor, with Steephill Cove (20 minutes walk) in between. All parts of the Island are within easy reach.
The nearby Botanic Gardens offer testimony to Woodcliffe's sheltered climate, suiting early and late season holidays. Ideal for couples and families.
