The Victorian property is based on 4 levels and internal 2 car garage which is accessible from the lower floor of the house.
A small gym/ play room and adjoining shower room is on the street level that may be accessible to use as an additional bedroom if so required.
The lounge has a very cosy feel with TV, DVDs, Video and Music system with selection of books.

There are views from the windows over the Moray Firth, where its possible to see the Dolphins play.

The town of Whitehills is 5 miles from Banff the local town with all major amenities including public indoor pool, and 5 miles from Portsoy another friendly village.
With 50 miles from the big city of Aberdeen this can easily be accessed through the regular bus route.(time table Available on request. Driving from Aberdeen Follow the road on The A98 4 miles after Banff Take the B9038 to Whitehills. On Arrival to Whitehills caryy on through Til You Come to a MAin T Junction That Can take you Right to Portsoy or Left to the Harbour. Go Right Then 2nd Right along Reidhaven street, Then 2Nd left and the house stands on its own on The Left side. |
