THE GRANARY is one of 6 cottages set in a courtyard of converted stone barns. It has a kitchen/diner, spacious lounge and large family bathroom on the ground floor, and upstairs there are 2 bedrooms both with ensuite toilet facilities. One bedroom has a double bed and the other can be either twin or double as it has zip & link bed system. It is furnished throughout with high quality carpets and curtains.
There is a clour TV with DVD /video in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with fidge, dishwasher, oven & hob, and microwave.
We have free WiFi access on the site for guest use. There is a games room with table tennis and football table as well as a laundry with 2 wahing machines and dryer.
There is a large seperate carpark on site for guests. Also a large garden for guest use.
There are many good local pubs and restaurants nearby.
All our cottages are set on a working farm and as such set in a peaceful quiet location with stunning views over open countryside.
MILL COTTAGE sleeps 4/6:
Imaginatively converted traditional stone, timber and slate barn in the lower courtyard. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with kitchen/living area.
WELL COTTAGE sleeps 2/4
Stone barn conversion in the lower courtyard. Having one bathroom, a kitchen/diner and a living room/further bedroom. It is also suitable for disabled.
The OLD Dairy sleeps 2/4
Two-storey conversion with generous living space, a bathroom, an open-plan kitchen area and a double bedroom reached via a spiral staircase.
All cottages include fully equipped kitchens, with combination ovens and dishwashers. Ample parking is provided. High chairs and cots available. We are a non-smoking establishment throughout.

Huntsmill Farm is situated mid-way between the Market Towns of Buckingham & Brackley, close to Stowe Landscape Gardens and Silverstone Circuit; an ideal touring base for Oxford & the Cotswolds. We are about 1/3rd mile off the A422, to the South, along the road marked 'Finmere & Mixbury'. Although within easy reach of major routes, (M40 15 mins, M1 20 mins) the farm courtyard is in a delightfully peaceful spot, overlooking rolling countryside.
