For those wanting a complete 'get away from it all' holiday this will suit. Off the beaten track, these two delightful 300 year old terraced stone barn conversion cottages are set in the heart of rural living.
Set on a 170 acre country farm nestling in the Teign Valley, with far reaching views across the valley, the holiday cottages provide a perfect hideaway and fantastic walking. Haldon Parkis very close by with great bike trails, horse riding and more.
Within 5 minutes drive are several country pubs, including the famous Nobody Inn at Doddiscombsleigh, famed for its whisky collection. A 20-minute drive will take you to the coast, to the beach at Teignmouth with a great array of visitor and children's attractions.

The holiday cottages offer a perfect base for those wishing to explore the Teign Valley, Torquay, Exeter, Salcombe and the surrounding areas of beauty.
Haldon Hill, which is 5 miles from the properties has fantastic walks, conservation area, and new for 2008 the Go Ape High Wire Visitors Centre - children and adults will love this.
Or take a day out at the races, as Exeter racecourse is a mere 10 minutes from these two properties.
Crealy Adventure Park is also a day out in all weathers. Belvedere Tower is worth visiting - this white, Grade II listed triangular tower was built in 1758. There are many charming villages nearby with thatched cottages and tea rooms serving Devon cream teas. Birdwatching and walking are both very good from the doorstep of these properties.
There are two cottages adjoining each other and they can be booked together for parties of 6.
