Picturesque and award winning detached stone built bungalow located in the walled garden of Putsborough Manor (a private garden with no other buildings).
There is a private footpath to the highly acclaimed blue flag beach of Putsborough/Woolacombe and use of the private tennis court. Free WiFi, full Sky TV and parking for up to 3 cars. Dogs are welcome too!
Putsborough is a beautifully unspoilt hamlet of listed buildings in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty surrounded by National Trust land with breathtaking views and numerous walks.
The popular surfing meccas of Croyde and Saunton Sands are a few minutes drive away, there is a green lane to Croyde approx 3/4 mile. Woolacombe is also close by, either a short drive or a leisurely walk along the beach.
Locally, facilities include excellent golf courses, horse riding, boat fishing hire, clay pigeon shooting, Lundy Island ferry trips from Ilfracombe, adventure and children's parks nearby and National Trust Properties to visit, to name but a few!
The beautiful and dramatic landscape of Exmoor is also close by. The coast line is rich in beautiful towns and villages to visit.
The cottage has been recently built to a high specification and briefly comprises a large vaulted open plan lounge, dining, kitchen room, large entrance hall, utility/wash room, king bedroom ensuite, superking adj to main bathroom with spa bath, family bedroom with double and 2 singles and ensuite shower room.
The garden is spectacular with two large patios one dining one sun lounging, gas bbq, outdoor shower.

Tariff for 2009 from £250.00 Low Season to £545.00 High Season.
Price includes heating, hot water, electricity, kitchen and bed linen but does not include towels. Please contact me for prices for individual weeks. A surcharge of £25.00 is payable for a dog. Long weekend and mid week breaks are available please contact me for prices. |

By Car - M5:
Take Junction 27 then take A361 to Barnstaple, stay on A361 to Braunton then B3231 through Saunton to Croyde. From centre of Croyde take road signposted Putsborough Beach, follow this road for approx 1.5 miles at 'T' junctiopn turn right and drive downhill before the ford turn left on private road and you have arrived at Garden Cottage at Putsborough Manor. |
