The Stone Barn is a large, luxury Eco barn conversion, which sleeps up to 10 + 2 in 5 bedrooms (3 king size - 2 with ensuite shower rooms, 1 with fold down sofa bed for + 2 and 2 twin rooms) All beds have quality pocket sprung mattresses.
There is a spacious feature bathroom and an additional large walk in shower/WC.
Three chunky squishy sofas with colourful, Fair Trade cushions, rugs and bean bags furnish the living room area on one side of the huge stone fireplace which houses the double sided log burner.
On the other side of the fireplace is the kitchen/dining area with 8ft dining table made from reclaimed oak, bespoke quality kitchen, a full range of A or A+ energy rated appliances and everything you will need to rustle up a midnight snack for 2 or a gourmet feast for 12.
Guests at the Stone Barn have exclusive use of the Wildlife Activity Room in the small barn conversion next door (owners will advise of any arranged educational visits which happen occasionally).
Have a go at wildlife activities prepared by the Devon Wildlife Trust, watch the live pictures from the hidden wildlife camera in the specialist bat attic or just have a game of table tennis.
Guests can also follow the wildlife nature trails through the owners 130 acre estate (currently only 45 acres accessible but the rest should soon be) from the doorstep.
Arrange for a guided walk or just explore with a map, find hidden bird and bat boxes, ponds, activity points, wildlife hides and learn about the wildlife of Devon.
