Tradition crofter's cottage built in 1858 by present owner's great-great-grandfather, but considerably modernised. Eastcroft is situated in Lochdon, Isle of Mull, it is a small hamlet built around the shores of a sea loch.
It is a very peaceful and beautiful place. A haven for wildlife, there is a wide variety of birds to be seen, the most famous of these being sea eagles, which are often seen over the loch.
Eastcroft has a comfortable lounge with family seating, a large TV with freeview and DVD, a Hi-Fi and CDs and a variety of books for rainy days.
There is an LPG gas boiler which runs the central heating system providing heat to radiators and hot water, in the living room there is a wood stove for extra warmth.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave and calor gas cooker there is a table and four chairs, a highchair is also available.
The bathroom is modern with toilet, basin and bath with shower.
The loft bedroom is accessed via a staircase from the hallway, and contains 1 double and 2 single beds, a cot is available.
All bed linen, towels and fuel is included in the price.

Calmac ferry from Oban to Craignure, turn left from ferry terminal and carry on for about 2 miles to Lochdon , turn left at sign for Gorton, Eastcroft is the last cottage around the loch.
