Upon arrival you will be greeted with pure fresh air when you get out of the car! If the sky is clear an array of stars greet you at night. Surrounded by fantastic countryside; a paradise for wildlife!

The kitchen / dining room with it's double Aga and Range leading out onto the patio. Supported by an electric cooker and all other modern amenities. Walking into a beautiful traditional lounge/dining room with original stone walls, wooden beams, slate floor (with under ground heating) and a wood burning stove. Cool in the summer and so cosy in the winter.

A spiral staircase leads to a large double bedroom/second lounge area, a further double bedroom and a third double bedroom. Two bathrooms/toilets in the house plenty of parking and garden to relax in.

No smoking on the property at all.
Only one pet per booking allowed.
Any damage will be required to be replaced or paid for.

Standard Rates

Weekly rates are from £350 per week rising to £765 per week in the High Seasons.

£15.00 per stay for each pet staying.

40% deposit required to secure the Holiday Rental and full and final payment required one calender month prior to arrival. The deposit is non refundable.
All bookings to be confirmed in writing.




Directions

By Car:
M4 to South Wales, following the signs through the A48 to St. Claires. On the right hand side you will see a sign for CRYMYCH. Turn Right here and follow signs to Crymych. More details will be given on booking.

By Train:
Via Paddington, Reading, Oxford (nearest train station is Clunderwin).
