Beautifully converted barn set in the grounds of a 17th century listed house with five acres of gardens and meadows, and rural views of the beautiful open Kent countryside.
The self contained luxuriously appointed accommodation comprises one king-size bedroom, bathroom (shower), kitchen, lounge, private patio area and garden, and is furnished to a very high standard, comfortably exceeding the 4-star rating from Visit Britain.
Private parking area is provided.
Guests are also able to use the heated outdoor swimming pool (by prior arrangement).

Single storey, Oak flooring, Vaulted ceilings with original oak beams.
King-size bed.
Flat screen TV's (bedroom and lounge) with freeview digital channels and DVD player WiFi broadband access.
Dishwasher Washer/Dryer Microwave.
Bathroom with power shower, heated towel rail, under-tile heated floor.
French doors opening onto private decking, patio table and chairs, heated outside swimming pool, rural views overlooking paddocks and the Woodchurch Windmill.

A comfortable nights sleep is aided by the quality linen on the king-size bed. The bed is provided by Hypnos and is the exact same one they supply to many top hotels, including the 5 star Skibo Castle in Scotland (where Madonna and Guy Ritchie were married).
Woodchurch village with its shop and pubs is just one mile, whilst the town of Tenterden is just 3 miles and Rye only 10 miles. Woodchurch is a lovely village with it's own working Windmill, Museum and cricket green.
Brook Farm Barn is an ideal base for exploring the stunning Kent countryside and the many National Trust houses, castles and gardens. Canterbury is just 40 minutes drive away, steeped in history with its famous Cathedral, and the ferry ports and Channel Tunnel are both within 45 minutes.
For the comfort of all our guests, we operate a no-smoking policy throughout the premises. For your added safety, smoke detectors are installed in every room and linked together.
Please note that having a swimming pool and large pond, for safety reasons we are regretfully unable to accept any children.

Holiday check-in is on a Friday after 4.00pm, and check-out is on Friday before 10.00am. We are occasionally able to offer a long weekend booking where check-out is on Tuesday before 10.00am. |

From the M20:
Take Junction 9, Ashford. From Ashford, follow A28 south towards Tenterden. After about 4 miles, turn left signposted to Woodchurch (there's a brown "tourism" sign for the Windmill). Follow this road straight for 3 miles and you arrive at Woodchurch village. Continue straight down through the village and you arrive at a T-junction (Stone Bridge pub). Turn right towards Tenterden and you are now on our road, Brook Street, B2067. You'll immediately go round a sharp left bend, followed by a sharp right bend. Brook Farm is the second house on the right, 400 metres up the road. Turn right into the driveway just before the main house. |
