Magnet Cottage sits in the village of Kippford amidst the beautiful Galloway countryside . The cottage looks directly on to the Urr estuary on the Solway Firth.
Kipford hosts miles of forest and cliffside walks with fantastic views over Rough Island Bird Reserve, fishing, sailing, golf and mountain biking are great pastimes here.
The cottage is situated 80 paces from the local watering hole The Anchor.
Open Plan Lounge, dining area and kitchen - all mod cons.
Lounge has log burning stove and TV-DVD.
One double bedroom downstairs with superking bed and wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bathroom - with electric shower and bath.
Two twin rooms with two single beds with a chest of drawers in each.
Large garden at the back with deck area. Also, there are- table and chairs, BBQ and wood burning stove.
