The Cottage:
Manor Farm Cottage is the perfect countyrside holiday bolthole for anyone seeking time out.
The charming newly refurbished 3 bedroom 18th century stone cottage, is tucked away in a quiet country lane on the outskirts of Wroxall village, on the southern most tip of the Isle of Wight.
Catering for all your everyday comforts with a good deal of indulgence thrown in, a break at this tranquil stone cottage means you will feel very much at home, as soon as you step through the front door.
Beautifully decorated througout, traditional and contemporary styles combine, to create a modern twist on the English country cottage.
Vintage-esque fabrics and luxurious soft furnishings blend with fresh spring colours. Comfy sofas are piled with cushions; beds are covered by sumptuous throws and the windows are beautifully dressed. All in all there is an atmosphere of home.
The cottage is ideal for families catering for all baby and toddler needs, with more than just a cot and a highchair being provided.

Location:
Located in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with footpaths at the end of the garden, the cottage is perfectly located for ramblers and cyclists.
Wroxall village centre is 15 minutes walk from the cottage where you will find a well stocked local convenience store, post office and 2 pubs.
The beaches of Ventnor and Steephill Cove are 10 minutes maximum drive from the cottage.
Accommodation:
All modern conveniences can be found at the cottage - flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player, iPod Sound system, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, fridgefreezer, hairdryers etc
Downstairs:
•Utility room with seperate WC,ideal for hanigng coats and hats or storing away wellies etc
•Stylish dining room seats 6-8 with views out onto the surrounding countryside
•Living room has 2 comfy sofas stacked with cushions and is light and bright. With an open coal fire and views out to fields it is perfect for relaxing
•Fully equipped kitchen breakfast with electric cooker and dishwasher
* study with 2 easy chairs, tv, DVD and wealth of childrens toys. French doors open out onto back garden

Wightlink and Red Funnel Isle of Wight Ferries operate a round-the-clock service between the English mainland and the Isle of Wight.
