Rock Cottage is a 2-bedroom thatched holiday cottage sleeping 4 people (1 double and 1 twin). Rock is built from cob, Its 17th century two-foot-thick walls will keep you naturally cool in the summer, and snug and warm in the winter.

There is a storage heater in every room, with a wood burner in the living room for very cosy winter evenings!

The ground floor accommodation comprises a fully equipped kitchen diner and lounge with large inglenook fireplace complete with bread oven.

There are 2 staircases to the first floor which offers two a good-sized bedrooms, (one double and one twin + cot) and a family bathroom. The twin room also has a small en suite with basin and WC.

Key facilities inside include: Wi-Fi wireless broadband, DTV with DVD (living room and main bedroom.

DAB tuner-CD player (living room only), dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine-dryer, AEG hotplate with built-under self-cleaning twin-oven with grill.

Separate LG microwave oven, Kenwood kettle and toaster, Habitat and Portmeirion (oven-to-) tableware and mugs, full range of stainless steel pots, pans, knives and cooking utensils.

Vacuum flasks and picnic wares (should you forget to pack your own); dining tables and chairs (indoors and out).

The nicely planted garden offers lovely views over the village to the fields and hills across the valley. It is built into the hillside behind the house and features two patios on the same level as the house and a further seating area accessed by a stepped path.

There is a large lockable chest for keeping beach gear and off-road parking for 2 cars.
