Sailors Haunt offers a warm welcome to all ages. The interior has been sympathetically modernised to offer everything needed by todays holidaymakers.
The cottage is on three floors with a spacious lounge on the first floor, overlooks the harbour and is furnished with a deeply cushioned 3-piece suite, plus additional seating in the sunny galleried balcony, where you can open the patio doors, and take in the sights and sounds of the harbour and views of the marina, Torbay and beyond to Lyme Bay.
It is the ideal spot to sit and enjoy a quiet glass of wine after a busy day out. For those wanting to sit in and relax there is a digital flat screen TV, DVD Player and CD player with a selection of DVDs and music CDs as well as books and board games.
There is also free connection to Broadband and although the cottage has a good mobile phone signal, it also has a landline Payphone telephone.
The kitchen-diner on the ground floor also overlooks the harbour and is equipped with everything for those wanting to eat in,with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and digital TV.
The main bathroom also on the ground floor, has a bath with electric shower over plus integrated toilet and washbasin. There is also ample storage in the fitted cupboards, large mirrors and a hotel style hair dryer.
On the upper floor there is an additional toilet, where the two bedrooms are also located. The main bedroom, which overlooks the harbour, has a comfortable pocket sprung double bed, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobe and washbasin with storage underneath. With a radiator and a electric towel rail which enables you to keep your towels dry during the summer.
The second bedroom has full size custom made built in bunk beds, with 3 wide interior sprung mattresses. It is ideal for children but also provides ample space and comfort for adults. A chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe provide storage space for your clothes.
The cottage is gas centrally heated throughout and with double glazed windows making it ideal for holidays throughout the year.
A free private parking bay on the harbour, is an unusual bonus for properties in Brixham, where parking is at a premium, is just 2 minutes walk away and within view of the cottage.
Bed linen, towels (not beach towels) and central heating are included in the rental charge.
