Monmouthshire Cottage is a beautiful homely cottage, which sleeps up to 4 people, it is set in its own private south facing garden with lovely views.
Centrally heated, fully carpeted and furnished in a period style with furniture, which gives the cottage a very homely comfortable feel. The wood-burner makes it particularly cosy in Winter.
The separate fully fitted kitchen with a small breakfast table is a great place to start the day, as it overlooks the busy bird feeding area.
There are 2 bedrooms, one having a double bed, the other a single and both have ample space for a comfortable put you up to allow flexible sleeping arrangements. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.
The cottage's position is ideal for exploring the Wye Valley, Forest of Dean, Brecon Beacons National Park and the stunning scenery of Monmonmouthshire, which is the Food Capital of Wales with several Michelin starred and celebrity chef restaurants.
The area caters for all tastes from outdoor enthusiasts to those interested in wildlife or history. Plus there is always the major cities of Cardiff, Bristol, with in 1/2 hour offering their cultural and shopping experience.

From Chepstow take A466 towards Monmouth. At Chepstow racecourse roundabout take B4293 signposted Devauden and Itton. Follow this road until you reach Itton when you take the turning left signposted Shirenewton. Follow this road for 1/4 miles and the cottage is the last house on the right and the beginning of a straight piece of road.
