Golden Cap is surrounded by over 2,000 acres of National Trust Golden Cap Estate, the park nestles in quiet countryside and yet the entrance is just 150 metres from the beach.

The park is ideally situated for walking and rambling over the World Heritage Coastline and a perfect base for exploring the unique and unspoiled West Dorset countryside.

Our shop is stocked with everyday groceries, ice cream, gifts and beach goods, there is also an off licence and a range of caravan accessories. Information about walks on this Jurassic Coastline is provided in our Tourist Information together with details of local attractions, Public Houses and Restaurants. Our Fishing Lake offers a relaxing environment to test your skills at an additional charge per day.

The leisure facilities at Highlands End Holiday Park (approx 2 miles away) are available to guests staying at Golden Cap and offer a wide range of activities to make you feel healthier and more relaxed no matter what the weather. They include an indoor heated swimming pool*, sauna/steam room*, gymnasium*, games room, children's play areas, tennis court* and pitch and putt* (* additional charge).

Highlands End also offers a fully licenced bar with a wide choice of bar food for all the family and includes a comprehensive and interesting display of Fire Service Memorabilia.
