Things to do in Alves, Moray |
Alves is a small village lying 5 miles from Elgin and Forres on the A96 in Moray, Scotland.
The village is mainly residential and is serviced by Alves Primary School, a traditional building which dates back to 1875 and The Crooked Inn Restaurant.
Although there are relatively few local amenities, the village is only a ten minute drive to the town of Elgin which has two superstores, a number of supermarkets, a cinema, bowling alley and good shopping facilities.
Within five minutes you can be at the quiet Roseisle Beach which stretches for miles and is perfect for dog walkers and families alike.
